Is there a free trial?

Yes. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial; annual plans include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before it does.

What devices does Savi work on?

Savi works on iPhone and Android phones. It is not currently compatible with tablets or desktop computers.

Who can I add to my Savi account?

Anyone you want to protect — a partner, parents, kids, close friends, or relatives. Everyone is protected under one account.
As the primary account owner, you invite family members from inside the app. They'll receive an invite link via email and be guided through a simple setup process.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your user data is never sold or shared with third parties. Anonymized submission data may be used to improve our detection systems for users over time.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel during your trial you won't be charged. If you cancel after your trial, you'll keep access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, so you can cancel directly from your phone.
